The Atwood Air Command Rooftop RV Air Conditioner # AT15032-22 is an AC-powered unit that does operate on standard 115V 60Hz power just like a household window unit. This air conditioner draws 1265 watts when running and 3795 watts at startup. It will require a dedicated 15-amp circuit that is not shared by other electrical devices.
If you want to wire this to nearby household power you will want to refer that wiring installation to a qualified electrician who can assure you of a safe installation. The wiring connector on this unit, shown in the photo, is meant to be connected to a mating plug on an RV roof setup.
