Distance From Mounting Surface to Pin Hole Center of Demco Tabless Base Plates Adapter # DM9523128

Question:

Hi guys! I am looking at possibly using this adaptor to make a custom connection on a vehicle to use with my Demco Excalbar2 tow bar. Do you know what the measurement is from the back mounting surface to the center of the 5/8inch connection hole on the two tabs is? I am trying to see if the two tabs would stick out from the mounting surface behind my bumper far enough to clear the front of my bumper. Thanks,

I checked with Demco distance from the mounting surface to the center of the mounting pin holes of the Adapter for Demco Kwik-Tow Tow Bars to Demco Tabless Base Plates # DM9523128 is 3.93 inches.
