Recommend Correct Yakima MightyMount for 2006 Jeep Commander

Which mighty might do I need for a 2006 jeep commander. The rack is 3.5 inches wide?

For your 2006 Jeep Commander, you will need the Yakima Universal MightyMount, part # Y03590. This mount is a confirmed fit for the 2006 Commander and will work with bars up to 4 inches wide.
The MightyMount system allows you to connect roof rack accessories to your crossbars. If you can send me what you will be carrying on your roof, I would be glad to recommend which roof accessories are compatible with the MightMount.
