Are Progressive Dynamics Converters Compatible with Flooded Lead-Acid Batteries

I believe by FLA you mean "Flooded Lead-Acid" battery bank. Since this is just the standard battery yes, the Progressive Dynamics PD9200 Series Inteli-Power Converter Charger # PD924024A as long as they are connected as a 24V system. If they are setup as a 12V system then the equivalent at 40 amps is part # PD9140A instead.
