Troubleshooting Install of Curt Converter Box # C56196 Where Brake Lights Blink with Turn Signals
Question:
Hello, I plugged the converter C56196 on the taillights of my Mustang GT 2007 to convert the American lights in European lights but when I put the Warning it is the stop lights flashing and not the flashing orange why? the red stop lights and the right and left orange turn signals work very well with the converter. thank you

Sounds like your trailer has the taillight circuits swapped. Or, you wired the # C56196 backwards. You need to change the stoplight wire of the converter box to the turn signal circuits of the trailer and you'll be set since currently those two circuits are backwards.
