Easy to Remove/Install Trunk Mounted Bike Rack Recommendation for 2005 Toyota Prius

Question:

I need to have access to my trunk when I install the bike rack. I dont really care about scratches. Therefore, the lower feet have to be around the license plates and not on the bumper. If the lower feet were on the bumper I dont see how I could open the trunk. Of course, I would only open the trunk when the bike is not mounted. I want to leave the bike rack on the car at all times but have access to the trunk when I need it.

Trunk bike racks have to be removed anytime the rear hatch gets opened for two big reasons. One being that the strap hooks will bind up against the body of the vehicle as the hatch opens and dent it and the other is the additional weight will make the hatch likely to slam down unexpectedly and potentially cause injury.

Best solution we'd have would be an easier to remove bike rack like the Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms Item # Y02634 that only uses 4 straps to install instead of the usual 6. I attached a review video for this rack for you to check out as well.
