Will Dexter Disc Brake Kit # K71-694-695-13 Work on Trailer with 7k Axles

I have a 2008 eazy 4 car hauler with 7k lb. Axles with electric drum but i want to upgrade to #k71-694-695-13 but my axles r on lipper leaf springs will this set up work with it

Yes, the Dexter Disc Brake Kit # K71-694-695-13 that you referenced is confirmed as a fit the 7k axles you have that use slipper springs. This comes with all of the needed bearings, races, and seals needed to install as well.
Brake lines and actuators are sold separately so you'd need something like the HydraStar kit part # HBA16-252-82 which comes with the brake lines needed for a tandem axle trailer, wiring, the best actuator available, and a breakaway kit.
