are there each a separate bulb for HIGH and LOW beam on left and right side of my car and what do I need to order.

To replace the headlight bulbs on your 2014 Chrysler Town and Country you will choose a set of new type H11 bulbs. You only need two bulbs, not four. The linked page shows all bulbs of this type that are DOT-compliant (legal) for on-road use and these include the standard Halogen type like # VX-LH11, which is the item you referenced in your question. These are just like your factory bulbs.

If you would like bulbs that are still DOT-compliant but that are brighter than the factory bulbs you can instead use Vision X H11 Premium White Halogen Headlight Bulb Set # VX-DH11.

If you want super-bright bulbs for off-road use like camping (that are not DOT-Compliant) then consider the CIPA EVO Formance Maximum Intensity Bulbs # CM93445.
