Can Standard Grease Cap Replace EZ Lube Grease Cap on Trailer
Question:
Hello, I currently have Ez Lube Grease Cap, 1.986inch OD on my enclosed trailer - Im looking to replace these type of caps with standard ones as Im tired of replacing the rubber plugs that always seem to fail and let dirt inside - My question is can I fit a standard round cap on there without having to remove the grease zerk on my axles? Are the Ez Lube Grease Cap, 1.986inch OD and the standard caps the same depth? I feel that would be my only problem - thank you

Standard grease caps that are made the correct diameter you need like the part # F001518 would work well to replace the ones you have now. The EZ lube caps are not any deeper than standard grease caps.
