Does Firestone Ride Rite Suspension Kit Soften Trucks' Ride Quality 2018 Ram 2500

I have a 2018 2500 with coil springs this makes it a very rough ride any way to soften the ride

I wish we carried something that would soften up your ride quality, but all of the suspension enhancement kits we offer would make the ride stiffer since they are designed to give additional suspension support. The Firestone Ride Rite kit part # F2598 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2018 Ram 2500 with coil springs, and while "air bags" do sound soft, they actually are pretty harsh when inflated to a higher pressure. This would be what you'd want if you were towing something heavy and your rear suspension was sagging.

You might look into a better set of shocks for the rear suspension as that's typically what helps smooth things out the best.
