The Mor/Ryde pin box RPB72-1621SHD has the same bolt pattern as the Lippert 1621HD so the Reese Sidewinder 19k part # RP34FR is what you need to replace the pin box. The Sidewinder is the best option we carry to add clearance between the fifth wheel hitch and the Jeep on your semi trailer. The Sidewinder is designed with a rotating turret that moves the pivot point of your setup an extra 22 inches toward the rear of the vehicle. The extra 22 inches allows for more clearance but I can not tell you if 90 degree turns are possible with your setup.

There is a formula to figure out if 90 degree turns are possible with the Sidewinder and your setup.

(A + B) - C = Clearance
A = Distance from the fifth wheel jaw center to the back of the Jeep on the semi
B = 22 inches (length of the Sidewinder arm)
C = Width of the nose of the trailer divided by 2.

If the formula equals 4 inches or more, it is possible for you to make 90 degree turns with the use of a Sidewinder. If the formula equals less than 4 inches it will not be possible to execute 90 degree turns but the Sidewinder is still the best option to get the most turning clearance between the Jeep and the fifth wheel. I have attached a help article that includes the formula and a Sidewinder video. The Video is not the same model you need but shows the rotating turret in action.
