Are Thule and Yakima Roof Boxes Compatible with RockyMounts Ouray Crossbar for a Ford Flex

Thanks for getting back to me Jon. It is a 2015 Flex. Only thing I'm still not sure of is the cross bars length. Thank you

The RockyMounts Ouray Crossbars will be compatible with a Thule or Yakima roof box like the Motion XT # TH629706 or the SkyBox 16 # Y95AV.

If you can let me know what year Ford Flex you have I can help you find the correct roof rack fit for your application.

Thank you for the extra info! Since different crossbar lengths correspond to different vehicles I was needing the year of your Flex so I could let you know what length would work, I apologize for not referencing that initially. I reached out to my contact at RockyMounts and he said that they actually discontinued their roof racks so any of their Ouray crossbars that you find would be spare parts floating around. I do have alternative solutions for you though. If you use a Thule roof rack system with a Thule box or a Yakima roof rack with a Yakima roof box then you can also get locks that use the same key which means you only need one key to lock or unlock your entire roof system. For a Thule roof rack use the 53" WingBar Evo # TH711420 Black or # TH711400 Silver and the Evo Raised Feet # TH710401 but for Yakima use the 60" JetStream # Y00426 and their TimberLine Towers # Y33TR. To add locks to a Thule setup you need part # TH450600 and for Yakima use part # Y07206.
