For your 2008 Chevy 2500, the replacement towing mirrors are not available with the power fold feature. We have the K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors - Electric/Heat w LED Signal # KS62093-94G like you reference but they only have the manual fold. They will work with your factory harness, they just won't have that feature.
To keep your features, you can use the K-Source Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors - Clip On - Pair # KS3990 which won't give you the factory look but will still give you great function with the dual manual adjustable mirrors for extended view.
If you want to add an additional feature, the K-Source Custom Side Towing Mirrors w/ Lane Change Alert-Cam - Electric/Heat - Driver/Passenger Side # KSVS55010 will give you an LED indicator and Audible alert when your turn signal is on if there is someone in your blind spot. These also do not have the power fold option.
