Surge Brake Actuator Fit and Compatibility with A-Frame Trailer

Can this be bolted on I am retro fitting a galvanized trailer

The Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator - Drum - Primed - A-Frame - Adjustable Channel Center - 20,000 lbs # DM8202222 can be drilled and bolted onto a galvanized trailer. All of the a frame surge brake couplers are weld on, but you can custom mount them on your galvanized trailer if desired. That style of mount won't meet the warranty requirements, but if installed correctly would work fine.
If you don't need that capacity, I've attached a link to all the disc and drum brake options. You will want to be sure to get the correct one because the master cylinder needs to be 1,600 psi for disc brakes compared to the 1,000 or 1,200 required for drum brakes.
