Thule's older square roof rack cross bars measure 1-1/4 x 7/8-inches. Thule's 53-inch square bars, for example, are part # TH712400. Inno's square bars # INB127 share these same dimensions. The bar lengths recommended for your 2016 Hyundai Elantra are 50-inches or 54-inches, depending on the version of the car.

If you have the Elantra GT you will use Inno parts # INSUT and # INK629. This version is specified to use 50-inch bars but longer ones can be substituted.

If you have the Elantra 4-door you will use parts # INSUT and # INK603 to mount the bars. This version requires 54-inch bars, but again, longer ones could be substituted.
