Transmission Line Identification on 1999 Mitsubishi Galant
Question:
Im flushing the transmission fluid out of a 1999 Mitsubishi Gallant. On which side of the transmission cooler line does the fluid come out off, the drivers or the passenger side?

You will want to use the transmission cooler's return line to drain and flush the transmission cooler. This is the cooler of the two lines between the transmission and the cooler. Running the engine and shifting the car into gear for a few seconds is usually enough to let you feel which line is warmer. The return line is the other cooler line.
