The Reese Universal Installation Kit # RP30439 and their accompanying Base Rails # RP58058 - which you can find together at part # RP30035 - will give your 2006 Ford F-250 industry-standard base rails.
We do not carry the Pull-Rite brand so our familiarity with them is not extensive, but based on my research the SuperGlide 2700 you referenced will fit industry-standard base rails. You will need to confirm this in your copy of the hitch's owner's manual, and if it says the hitch fits industry-standard rails, sometimes abbreviated as ISR, they will be compatible.
