Does Adco Cover For 25 Foot Travel Trailer Keep It Dry

We have had a problem with covers weve purchased, having moisture underneath where the covers is on the product we are trying to keep dry. Moisture builds up, its wet to touch the inside of the cover and things get moist and wet and milduey and gets spots...its horrible. Does your cover keep things dry? 25 ft trailer
