It sounds like you have a 2018 Ford F-250 and want to pull a 5th wheel. If that is the case, then you will need to start with a base rail system and I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50074-58 which are a custom fit for your frame so no drilling is required into your frame. For an easier installation you may want to consider the outboard custom rail kit # RP56017-53 which give you more room to work with and also require no drilling into your frame. Either of these custom bracket kits will work well for your gasoline engine.
Then for your hitch if you have a 6-3/4 foot bed, I recommend the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Round Tube Slider - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs # RP30075 so you can get the turning clearances needed. If you have the 8 foot bed, then I recommend the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs # RP30047. These hitches will work well for your truck and the trailer you are seeking to pull.
