Yes, we do have a sliding 5th wheel trailer hitch that will fit your Dodge Ram 3500 and allow you to tow your 22,000 lb trailer. For this, you will want to use the Curt Q24 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R24 Slider part # C16546 which is rated up to 24,000 lbs. The Curt Q24 has a dual locking jaw system which will do an excellent job of reducing chucking and jarring. It also has a two-pin head removal system which makes removing the hitch for you truck bed manageable for one person and it comes with a ten year warranty.

If your Dodge Ram 3500 has the factory prep package then you can use the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider part # C16022. If you do not have the factory prep package then please let me know what year your Dodge Ram 3500 is so I can get you the correct rail kit and in-bed 7-way if you do not already have them. There is only one other sliding 5th wheel trailer hitch we offer with at least a 22,000 lb capacity and I do not feel it is as good as the Curt Q24.

I have attached a review video on the adapter for you.

I do have an option for you but we do not offer an auto-sliding 5th wheel hitch that is rated for 22,000 lbs. The highest rated auto-sliding 5th wheel hitch we offer is the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # DM8550035 which has a 21,000 lb weight capacity. However, if the reason you do not want to use a manual sliding 5th wheel hitch is because you don't want to enter and exit the truck each and every time you need to make a sharp turn then we do still have an option for you and that is to use a rotating pin box with a fixed 5th wheel hitch. If this is something that you are interested in then please let me know what wing set your trailer uses that way I can see if there is a rotating pin box available for your trailer.
