Why Cant Hollywood Racks Traveler Bike Rack be Used on a 5th Wheel Trailer

Can you tell me why this product is not compatible with a 5th Wheel?

The reason that the Hollywood Racks Traveler # HR8500 isn't compatible with a 5th wheel trailer is simply because Hollywood Racks hasn't tested and approved it for this use. Since trailer hitches on 5th wheels sit further away from the axle than what it does on a passenger vehicle this causes accessories, like bike racks, to have much more movement. This puts more stress on bike rack frames and if they haven't been tested or approved the rack could get damaged.
For a similar bike rack I recommend going with the Yakima LongHaul # Y02476. This has been tested and approved for use on a 5th wheel trailer hitch and weighs in at a mere 32 lbs.
