Dimensions of the Extendable Hitch Mounted Step Part # 288-08400

Hello, I am very interested in your extendable hitch # 288-08400 for a unique European vehicle. I have a custom-built Double hitch receiver to carry my mountain bike racks above the normal 2” hitch receiver. Photos below I just want to know if this hitch will fit/clear my unique setup. Or what your return policy is if the top of the extendable hitch does not clear the upper hitch receiver? I’m sure that sounds confusing! I really hope this extendable hitch can fit my rig! I have attached a few dimensions of the Extendable Hitch Mounted Step part # 288-08400 for you which you should then be able to use to determine compatible. As you can see, the vertical channel that extends above the shank only does so by 3/16" so I don't feel this will be an issue. However, you will want to pay special attention to the angled portion of the body in relation to the hitch pin hole.

If the above will not work for you then we do have the HitchMate TruckStep Extendable part # HE4045 which does not have as bulky of a body so I do not believe there will be any issues. However, we do offer returns within 60 days of receipt of your shipment.
