Selecting Weight Distribution System for Trailer Towed by 2018 Ford F-150

Is there a weight distribution setup that can be used with this hitch? I already own the hitch.

Curt's Adjustable Ball Mount # C45900 cannot be used with weight distribution components but we do have complete weight distribution/sway control (WD/SC) systems that will fit this same 2-inch hitch size and improve the handling from a trailer.
They key to picking out a WD/SC system is knowing the total tongue weight of the towing system. This consists of the fully loaded trailer's actual measured TW, which you can determine with scale # e99044, plus the weight of any cargo in the tow vehicle that sits behind the rear axle, such as a cooler or generator.
You want to choose a system so that your total TW falls in the middle of its effective operating range. For example, Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37120ET works well for trailer TW between 800 and 1200-lbs so it would be perfect if your total TW were to be 1000-lbs.
