LED Replacement for Type 168 Incandescent Light Bulb

How can I replace this burnt out bulbs?

From what I could find online the 1996 Toyota T100 uses a type 168 bulb for its license plate light. We offer an LED replacement for this bulb, part # DI78VR, which will be brighter than the standard bulb, use less electricity and also last longer. This bulb is polarity sensitive so if it does not light when you install it simply rotate it and reinstall.
