Question:
How do i remove the front grill?

The Isuzu KB300 is the sold as the D-Max in the states. To remove the grille you will start by removing fasteners on the top of the trill underneath the hood. Once you have removed those fasteners and the top panel is loose then you will have 4 clips on the bottom to release to pull the grille straight out the front. Be careful not to pull up as that may break the tabs on the bottom of the grille that hold it in place.
Once you have gained access you will be able to install a transmission cooler like the Derale Dyno-Cool Tube-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit - Class II - Economy # D12906 you mentioned or the Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit w/Barb Inlets - Class III - Efficient # D13503. If you want to install a cooler in a different location, I recommend the Derale Dyno-Cool Remote Cooler with Fan and Hose Barb Inlets - Class III # D12742 which will allow you to mount it wherever is convenient as the fan will help provide the air needed to cool.
