What Curt underfed does this work with for my truck? And how do I know if my truck is OEM prepped?

The Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rail Adapter part # C16210 is designed to work with the Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store Underbed Gooseneck Hitches. The correct Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store Underbed Gooseneck Hitch for your 2013 Ford F-350 is part # C60720.
I have attached a photo for you which shows what the OEM prep package looks like. If you would like you can send me a photo of your truck bed and I can confirm if it has the OEM prep package.
