For your Eaz Lift round bar weight distribution system, there are many options that will be compatible with your 2-1/2 inch trailer hitch receiver on your 2016 Ford F-250. Most systems like yours use the traditional 1-1/4 inch on center connections to the shank, so I recommend the Curt Weight Distribution Shank for 2-1/2" Hitches - 6" Rise - 2" Drop # C17131.
