Can a 2018 Ford Fiesta be Flat Towed by a Ford F-150
Question:
I am assuming that the tow bars will work with any properly sized ball hitch. Does not have to be an RV. Can be a pick up truck. Correct?

You definitely can use a pickup to tow your 2018 Ford Fiesta as long as the Fiesta doesn't exceed the weight ratings of the pickup or the trailer hitch. I am not sure what year Ford F-150 you are wanting to use but if you look in your owner's manual it will tell you the max weight rating for your pickup. A 2018 Fiesta should weigh somewhere between 2,500 lbs - 2,800 lbs though so your F-150 should have an easy time towing it.
The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-524441-5 does fit your 2018 Fiesta but you would need to use a tow bar that connects to your F-150 via the receiver itself. For this I recommend the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain Tow Bar # RM-522 which fits a 2" receiver.
If you are wanting to use a tow bar that attaches to a hitch ball then I recommend using the Roadmaster StowMaster # RM-504 which pairs with the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # RM-524441-4 instead.
Either way you go you also need to use safety cables. I recommend the Safety Cables # RM-643 which have a coiled design to keep them from dragging on the ground.
You also need wiring or magnetic tow lights, a braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you can let me know if you have a manual or automatic transmission I can make additional recommendations for you.
