Will my 4 lug 5.30-12 can I switch to a different p155/80r12 of a 4lug rim

You never should put a tire with the letter P at the front of the size on a trailer. The letter P means it's for passenger vehicles and was not designed for use on a trailer.
Best option we have would be a wheel and tire in the size you need mounted on a wheel like the part # AM30780 which is a 4 lug wheel with a tire size mounted on it of 5.30-12.
