I went out to the warehouse and pulled a Rack'em Lubrication Rack Gallon-Sized Bin Add-On, # RA-10C, to measure it. The internal dimensions are 21 inches long x 6-3/4 inches front to back x 4-3/4 inches tall at the back x 3-7/8 inches tall at the front.

The outside dimensions are 21-3/16 inches long x 7-1/16 inches front to back x 4-13/16 inches tall at the back x 3-15/16 inches tall at the front.

I have made a picture for you that shows the dimensions.
