You absolutely could use the Curt Echo Mobile # C51180 with your 2016 Honda Pilot and 2016 Forest River R-Pod 180. As long as your Pilot has a 7-way connector with an active 12 volt power circuit and the 2016 Forest River R-Pod 180 has brakes you'd be set.
