Best Electric Stabilizer Jacks for a Motorhome
Question:
Can these stabilizers be used on a Forest River class C motor home 2003- 30 footer and actually lift and level home by themselves?

For starters, stabilizer jacks are designed for just that, to stabilize. They should not be used to lift a trailer/motorhome. The Lippert Components High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack part # LC298707 that you referenced is used mainly on travel trailers but there are no exclusions that say it cannot be used on a motorhome. However, you would likely need to customize a set of mounting brackets in order to attach the jack to your motorhome chassis. Also, it does not have an auto level feature so you will need to control this manually.
A better option for you would be the Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer part # UF39-941707 which has mounting brackets that are designed for frames 42" to 77" wide. These will likely require far less modifications in order to attach to your motorhome when compared to the Lippert Components High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack. These will also need to be controlled manually as they do not have any sort of auto level feature.
