Will Bike Rack Blocking License Plate Cause Problems
Question:
After installing the hitch, attaching my bike rack 1UpUSA, and mountd a bike, I went for a short drive to see how it worked. Very pleased with the result. I am wondering if I can be ticketed for an obstructed view with the bike in place. I realize that etrailer cannot give legal advice, but Im wondering if you have seen anything on the web regarding this. I could not find anything after a brief search. I feel its safe, but the LEO may not agree. FWIW, I live in AZ.

Most states are going to have laws that state you shouldn't have your license plate blocked or obstructed. We've yet to hear of someone getting in trouble with the use of any of our bike racks though so I'd be shocked if you had ever had a problem.
