Using Bulldog Winch Snowplow Winch # BDW15021 on Polaris Ranger

Question:

Polaris Ranger. I need a new winch just to raise and lower the blade as the old Cabela winch quit working. The Polaris Glacier blade requires a hook which I have. Is the strap that comes with the Bulldog winch made to accept a hook? I cant tell from the photos. Also, can I mount your winch onto the Polaris mounting plate without having to drill new holes? Thanks,

The Bulldog Winch Snowplow Winch # BDW15021 referenced in your question is an excellent choice for your Polaris Ranger and it can indeed be used with a hook such as the Bulldog # BDW20119.

I am not sure what the mounting hole pattern is on your existing plate but this winch features a 2-bolt mounting pattern, spaced apart 3-1/8 inches on center. You will just want to match this to what you have to see if new holes need to be drilled to mount the winch.
