As long as your 2014 Jeep Cherokee is a 4WD with the 2-speed power transfer unit (which it should since it is a Trailhawk) then I recommend the following parts to flat tow it:

Base Plate Kit - # BX1136 (Trailhawk)
Base Plate Kit - # BX1138 (4WD excluding Trailhawk)
Tow Bar/Safety Cables - # BX7380
Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit - # RM-15267
Braking System - # SM99251 (for motorhome with hydraulic brakes)

Please note that Jeep issued a tech bulletin to install wiring kit 68321424AB when flat towing your vehicle, which is available at your local Chrysler and Jeep dealership. Also, some models of this vehicle may use Mortorq® fasteners. If your vehicle has these types of fasteners, you will need a PFMTS2E bit to remove them which can be ordered through a Snap-On dealer.

A lot of flat towing setups might require the use of a high-low adapter to keep the tow bar level while towing a vehicle. I have linked a helpful article for you to reference to see if this applies to you. If it does then I have also linked our selection of adapters for you to filter through.

Be sure to check your owner's manual for specific instructions on towing your Cherokee.
