I have 2011 fr wildcat 313re looking at tailair but not sure of the one on my pinbox 1963313

I reached out to my contact at Lippert and that 1963313 chassis has a 1621 pin box. There are many replacement models available but the best fixed mount option is the Trailair Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box - Lippert 1621 - 18,000 lbs # LC328492 you mentioned. This has both a rubber compound and internal air bag to absorb road shock and reduce jarring and chucking.
If you are looking for additional turning clearances as well, I recommend the compatible Sidewinder # RP34FR or the air ride # RP61422.
