Will the Westin E-Series Bull Bar Fit a 2013 Toyota Tacoma Pre-Runner with Skid Plate

The bull bar fit my Toyota Tacoma Prerunner 4 door 2013 with any aditional part ? Do you have to remove the original bottom protection grill

Yes, the Westin E-Series Bull Bar with Skid Plate part # 31-5605 will fit your 2013 Toyota Tacoma Pre-Runner Double Cab without any additional parts. It will come with everything you need though if you are in a state that requires a front mounted license plate then the License Plate Relocation Kit part # 32-0055 may be a good idea as well.
I am not sure what you are referring to as the "original bottom protection grill" but if you send me a photo I would be glad to see if it needs to be removed. If you are referring to the skid plate then yes, this will need to be removed prior to installation.
