Westin Grille Guard Fit on 2011 Ram 1500

Question:

I have a grill guard that I don’t know much about as far as brand or what it belongs on. There are 4 mounting holes, two on each side, that measure roughly 44 inches from center of hole to center of hole. I was curious if these mounts would work for it or if you folks are aware of any that would work. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the photo of the grille guard you have; this helps us a lot in determining whose product it is and if it will fit your truck. Grille guards and their mounting kits are both vehicle-specific, so both items need to be intended for your specific installation vehicle in order to fit. In other words, the "wrong" part cannot be made to fit by using the "right" install kit.

I reviewed all of the grille guard kits we have for your 2011 Ram 1500 and you can see these too on the page I linked for you. Based on comparison to your photo it looks like you have a product quite similar to the Westin HDX Grille Guard # 57-3545 but the mounting brackets appear to be different. I linked a detail photo of this guard's bracket to illustrate. This suggests that this item is made for a different truck than yours.

If you can find a part number on the guard this will allow us to confirm the specific vehicle applications for it.
