Front Hitch for 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat Super Crew Lariat FX4
Question:
Will this fit a 2018 F150 Super Crew Lariat 4x4 with heavy duty tow and fx4 packages? How far from front bumper does it protrude out when installaed?

Draw-Tite front hitch # 65067 and the USA-made Curt # C31083 are both confirmed fits for your 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat Super Crew HD FX4. Both hitches share the same weight ratings and bolt on to the same mounting points for a no-drill installation.
I linked a representative photo from the Draw-Tite instructions showing the installed hitch. I also linked a photo sent in by one of our customers which shows the underside view against the front bumper fascia. These should give you a sense of the receiver tube position once installed. There can be slight variances since these plastic trim parts are flexible and they are not always in exactly identical positions on all trucks.
