Yes, as long as you have a 2 inch hitch installed on your 2014 Subaru Outback the Let's Go Aero TwinTube U-Build-It Slide-Out Hitch Rack # HMK901 is going to easily clear the bumper and fit. It actually has two hitch pin holes to give you more flexibility and clearance if needed. One is 7 inches from the center of the pin hole to nearest part of the rack and the other one is 4-3/4 inches.
