Can the Thule Roof Rack from a 2014 Subaru Outback be Used on a 2019 Subaru Outback

Question:

I had a 2014 Outback that I used Thule set up with AeroBlade bars to haul two kayaks. Bars held the weight of a Hull A Port on one side and a regular kayak Thule mount on the other. Can the new set up for the 2019 Subaru work with modifications that can still use the Aero bars and Hull A Port. Can’t figure out with the shortened side rail. Sent old set up.

The Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier part # TH898 and what looks to be the Thule DockGlide Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs part # TH896 that you had on your 2014 Subaru Outback Wagon can still be used on your 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon assuming space permits. However, the 2014 Subaru Outback (non-sport) has raised side rails and the 2019 Subaru Outback (non-touring) has flush side rails so the mounting feet and fit kit cannot be carried over. Instead, you will need to swap these out for the Thule Podium Foot Pack part # TH460R and Thule Roof Rack Fit Kit for Podium-Style Foot Packs part # THKIT4063. The Thule AeroBlade Load Bars can be reused.
