If the universal wedge that came with the Revolution pin box on your trailer does not work to keep the trailer from pivoting in your Reese 16K hitch, # RP30047, you will need the custom wedge, # SWW-03, that you referenced.
This wedge will be installed on the underside of the Revolution pin box and adjusted to lockout the pivot at the fifth wheel hitch, allowing the Revolution pin box to rotate at the rotating turret 22 inches farther back on the trailer.
I have attached a drawing showing the orientation instructions for the Universal wedge on the Reese hitches that should be included with your Revolution pin box. To adjust the wedge, hookup to the fifth-wheel trailer and latch it properly. Then, with the trailer wheels blocked, landing gear resting firm on the ground and supporting the trailer weight, tap the wedge firmly forward until it will no longer travel. Now, tighten the wedge bolts, if only one can be tightened tighten it and unhook. Then tighten both bolts and torque to the specifications listed in the instructions for your Revolution pin box.
