How Does the Edge Evolution Programmer # EP59YR Affect the Transmission on a 2007 Ford F-150

Question:

What are the advantages to my transmission in installing the unit to my 2008 Ford F-150 with the 5.4 Triton. I see that it does trouble shooting. My transmission lurches and stallsinch in OD No slipping and it does fine when I take it out of OD.. The vehicle has 116,000 miles on it and am also wondering about the feasibility of installing it on a vehicle with this many miles. Sorry for all the questions, but I stumbledinch upon this product in my ETrailer.Cominch email and became immediately intriqued.

The Edge Gas Evolution CTS3 Performance Tuner - Color Screen # EP59YR, can provide three different settings for your 2007 Ford F-150 that can help the transmission perform better, but the transmission does have to be in good mechanical condition for it to help.

I would recommend having your transmission serviced to make sure in is in good working order before adding the Edge programmer. Otherwise, the investment in the programmer would not be beneficial.
