The Pro Series Fifth Wheel Hitch and Universal Rail kit part # PS30128 can fit your 2016 Ram 3500 but also requires you to install the Reese Mounting Bracket part # RP58520. This replaces the from frame brackets of the rail kit. Due to frame interference the L-brackets of the # PS30128 can't work on the front rail.
