What size of bed is the extang tarp # 53940? Looking for replacement for a 56 inch bed. Have all original hardware. Original system # 54780.

We do have the correct replacement tarp for the Extang Revolution Soft Tonneau Cover EX54780 on your 2005 Ford F-150 but the Replacement Cover # EX53940 is not it. It is for the Revolution cover that fits GMC/Chevy pickups.
