Yes, the Yakima HangOut 3 Bike Rack part # Y02638 is a confirmed fit for your 2014 Acura RDX with power tailgate and spoiler. I spoke to my contact at Yakima to confirm this. In fact, this is currently the only trunk mount bike rack that will fit your RDX with power tailgate and spoiler. When installing this bike rack on your RDX you are required to use the upper and lower hooks in anchor mode. The outer/lower frame supports then rest on the lower portion of the license plate. Please keep in mind that if any of your bikes have an alternative frame or deep drop tube then you will also need to use the Yakima Tube Top Bike Adapter Bar part # Y02531.
