Best Brake Controller For a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse

Question:

Everybody talks about a 2019 or 2018 chevy traverse with factory trailer package having blunt controller wires under the drivers left side kick panel but nobody tells you how to remove the panel to gain access to the wires. I dont want to break the panel by randomly prying on it. How does it come off?
