5th Wheel Base Rail Adapter for 2018 Ram 3500 with Factory Prep to Install Standard 5th Wheel Hitch

Im buying a 2018 Ram 3500 with 5th wheel setup. Will the Demco rail adapter DM 6099 work with my BandW 18K slider Patriot.

You can install your B&W Patriot 18K slider hitch # BWRVK3270 in the factory prep kit in your 2018 Ram 3500 by adding either Demco Ram Rail Adapter # DM6099 or Reese Rail Adapter # RP30154, which is shown in the linked photo.
Both adapters drop into the factory pucks and give you the equivalent of industry-standard above-bed base rails. Please note the Reese part adds 2-inches to the height of the hitch. The Demco adapter adds 1-3/8-inches of height.
