Where can I find a replacement key for this item?

A SportRack Ski and Snowboard Carrier should have a number on the lock cylinder. Once you have that number, you will simply use that number to order a new key with the part being THKEYNXXXX with the XXXX being the 4 digit number on the lock cylinder. For instance if the lock cylinder has 2874 on it the replacement key you need is # THKEYN2874.
If you have trouble finding that number take a photo of the carrier lock for me and we can continue to troubleshoot.
