Question:

I am designing a series of easy load utility \ motorcycle trailers. Can you tell me if there is a 3D step model of the A12WS545 Axle-Less Trailer Suspension that i can use in my presentation?

Unfortunately there is not a 3D step model available for the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System with Hubs - 5 on 4-1/2 - Off-Road Tires - 1,200 lbs # A12WS545. I've attached the diagrams that will help you with the dimensions for the unit to assist. I've also attached a video and the link to the product that does have a 360 degree photo to assist.

This system will work well for the small utility and motorcycle trailers you mentioned. I've also attached an article to assist with the axle positioning and want to point out that unless there is a cross brace in the frame at the axle location, a 2 inch square tube (not included) is required to run between the integrated holes of the assemblies.

Does Item # A12WS545 come with brake flanges? If not, what item # would I need for that? What other item #’s would I need for the associated drums and wiring/anything else? Thanks

The Timbren # A12WS545 does not feature brake flanges on the spindles. For the 1,200 pound setup that does you'll want to use part # ASR1200S04 instead. For hub/drums I recommend the Dexter # 84546UC3-EZ and for the brake assemblies themselves the Dexter # 23-468-469 will work perfectly.
